A Season of Thanks

American Special Hockey Associations are looking forawrd to a new year and bright future of record growth and sucessful programs. ASHA in 2007-2008 had record growth of 76% in new players over the privious year.  It is great pride that I take this time to thank everyone for making American Special Hockey programs possible to all our athletes.

           First to all our volunteers who give of their time and energy to run ASHA programs across the United States. The value of what you provide is priceless to all special hockey athletes. From program directors, coahes and mentors, I thank you for all you have given of yourselves for ASHA players and organizations.
          
        I also want to gives thanks to all who have given funding to ASHA or any of its member programs, without your support we could not even begin to provide the opportunity for the athletes. Your generousity is not taken for granted. Monatary donors as well as rink owners who have provided ice to ASHA programs.

        Most of all, I thank the athletes og American Special Hockey Association and programs in Canada and Europe for all the joy and pride that you have given all of us who work with Special Hockey programs. Special Hockey players truly are the heros of hockey as all of you continue to inspire and give us all hope and joy.
